Lasswade looking for a clean sweep...
Friday 24th May saw Beeslack High School host the final round of the secondary schools S1/2 league.
After winning both the U16 and U18 7's, Lasswade High School had to win all 3 or their final games, without conceding in two of them. With this at the back of their minds they were not to be messed with, brushing aside Newbattle and Dalkeith (home and away) on route to lifting the trophy ahead of Beeslack due to their slightly better points scored/conceded.
The 7th June will see the school year's final rugby event when the schools meet again for the S1/2 7's at Lasswade High School - can Lasswade make it a clean sweep for the year?
