Cycling is widely regarded as a very effective and efficient mode of transportation optimal for short to moderate distances.
Where to attend:
Cycling is offered through out the Midlothian Active Schools network via bikeability sessions. These sessions provide pupils with an introduction to road saftey along with some bike related skills. Cycling is a great recrationanal activity, many children and adult use cycling as a mode of transport to travel between school or the office.
