Introduction: Triathlon

A triathlon is a multisport race with three continuous and sequential endurance races. The word is of Greek origin, from τρεῖς or treis and ἆθλος or athlos. While variations of the sport exist, the most common form includes swimming, cycling, and running over various distances.

Where to attend:

If you are interested in joining a club then check out our club information below. The elements of a triathalon can be done day to day, it doesnt need to be competitive all the time, why not cycle to school one day, walk the next and then incorporate a few swim sessions a week before putting it altogether.
