The Active Schools Newbattle Primary programme offers a wide range of activities and sports for all P1-P7 pupils. Football, rugby, basketball, athletics, judo, tennis and street dance are just some of the sports and activities pupils can participate in throughout the year, all delivered by qualified coaches in a fun and safe environment.
Newbattle Community High School Active Schools offers a wide range of sports and physical activities to students from S1-S6. Football, rugby, dance, swimming, netball and basketball are just some of the activities students can participate in, whether at competitive levels or just for fun, there is something for everyone.
Our wide range of extracurricular offerings is possible due to the time and commitment from the PE staff and coaches. To help build on our programme further, people with a keen interest in sport and coaching are welcome to join our network of volunteers.
