It is a 5km run open to all ages and levels and it's you against the clock!

Children under the age of eleven must be accompanied (within arm's reach) throughout the run by a parent, guardian or appropriate adult of the parent's choice.

It's free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once.

Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.
